Tippy Crispy Tempura mix to prepare batter for coating fried foods.
Ingredients: Wheat flour 89%, Rice flour 4%, Modified corn starch 2%, Sugar, Salt, Raising agents (Baking soda, Disodium Diphosphate, Tricalcium phosphate), Flavour enhancer (MSG). Allergens: See in bold.
The mixture is used to fry shrimp, cuttlefish, oysters, fish, chicken and pork, bananas, crabs, sweet potatoes, cauliflower.
Preparation: mix 150g of the mixture in cold water (200ml) to form a thick dough, dip the food in it and fry in oil.
