Ingredients: Anchovy Extract 77%, Salt, Sugar.
Squid Fish sauce is a naturally fermented Thai gluten-free anchovy sauce. Salty fish sauce with a characteristic aroma of anchovies is great for seasoning. Even after opening, it has a long shelf life, because it is preserved in salt.
The sauce is suitable for cooking, frying, marinating and soaking ready meals.
It does not contain gluten, preservatives, sodium glutamate or dyes.
Add the sauce as a seasoning just before cooking.
