Gogi Crispy Tempura mix with Spicy Powder to prepare batter for coating fried foods.
Ingredients: Wheat flour 57%, Rice flour 15%, Starch (Tapioca, Modified tapioca, Corn), Spicy powder (Salt, Chilli, Pepper, Onion, Flavor), Raising agents: E450, E550, Salt, Flavour enhancer: E621, Soy sauce (Soy, Wheat) Allergens: See in bold.
The mixture is used to fry shrimp, cuttlefish, oysters, fish, chicken and pork, bananas, crabs, sweet potatoes, cauliflower.
Preparation: mix 100g of the mixture in cold water (130-150ml)(the ratio can be changed as needed) to form a thick dough, dip the food in it and fry in oil.
