Ingredients: Split Black Gram Flour (Urad Dal Flour) 86%, Garlic, Green Chilli, Raising Agent: Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Salt, Cottonseed Oil, Mixed Spices, Sorbic Acid
Indian papads are thin crispy flatbread. It is especially suitable as an appetizer or snack. Serve papadam with mango chutney, dip or sauces.
Before serving, cook papads in the microwave or fry in a pan.
