Shan Karahi Masala.  

Ingredients: Red Chilli, Salt, Paprika, Brown Cardamom, Garlic, Coriander, Fenugreek leaves, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Black pepper, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Dehydrated Onion, Carom, Dried papaya powder, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Acid: Citric acid, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide.

Chicken karahi (known also as Gosht karahi when prepared with goat or lamb meat) or Kadai chicken is one of the hallmarks of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.   Stir-fried meat in reach tomato sauce usually prepared in a Karahi (a type of wok).

The authentic taste of Karahi Chicken can only be achieved by properly preparing the mixture of spices. Just 1 teaspoon of the Shan spice mix is enough for an excellent result.
