Ingredients: Black Gram Flour (Vigna Mungo Flour) 89%, Salt, Black Pepper, Rice flour, Coconut oil, Raising Agent: Calcium hydroxide
Indian papads are thin crispy flatbread. It is especially suitable as an appetizer or snack. Serve papadam with mango chutney, dip or sauces.
Before serving, cook papads in the microwave or fry in a pan.
