Vinh Thuan Crispy mixture for preparing dough for wrapping fried dishes.
Ingredients: Corn flour 53%, Wheat Flour 37%, Rice Flour 9%, Baking Powder.
The mixture is used for frying shrimp, cuttlefish, oysters, fish, chicken and pork, bananas, crabs, sweet potatoes, cauliflower.
Preparation:
* Mix 150g of the mixture in cold water (approx. 180-190ml) to form a thick batter.
* Immerse the food in it and fry in oil.
