Semolina is coarsely milled durum wheat mainly used in making couscous, pasta and many types of Indian sweets. Semolina can be added as an ingredient in dumplings, pancakes, in soufflés, puddings and sweet cakes. Can be used to add to minced meat. This is a healthy alternative to breadcrumbs.
