Ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Mustard, Cumin, Black pepper, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel.

TRS Curry Madras blend is a universal spice mix. It can be added to almost all dishes: salads, soups, sandwiches, snacks, pizzas, vegetable dishes, pasta and rice, pastries. This mixture can also be added to sauces, marinades, yogurts and minced meat (for example, meatballs). Can be also used it in stewed, boiled and fried meat, poultry and fish dishes.
