Taiky Food Crispy mixture for preparing dough for wrapping fried dishes.
Ingredients: Rice Flour 20%, Wheat Flour 58,1%, Corn starch, Tapioca starch, E450i.
The mixture is used for frying shrimp, cuttlefish, oysters, fish, chicken and pork, bananas, crabs, sweet potatoes, cauliflower.
Preparation:
* Mix 150g of the mixture in cold water (approx. 160-170ml) to form a thick batter.
* Immerse the food in it and fry in oil.
