Marble pink beans are ideal for preparing traditional main courses, Indian legume curry, stewed vegetables, salads and soups, they are aslo suitable for home canning. Beans supply the body with high quality proteins, which is a healthy alternative to meat or other animal proteins.
Method of preparation: * Soak the beans in water for 10-12 hours, then rinse them under water and cook gently in clean water for about 1.5 hours. * Only add salt at the end of cooking, as it slows down the cooking process.
