Basmati is a special type of rice that is grown once a year in the Indo-genetic areas of the Himalayas. Basmati rice Swagat is a traditional Basmati rice grown in Punjab, India. 

When cooking rice, energy is released slowly and gradually, resulting in a more balanced energy level. Rice does not stick during cooking, it remains white and does not lose its taste. When cooked, Basmati grains are longer, lighter and fluffier than standard white rice.  After cooking the rice has a pleasant aroma.

 How to cook basmati rice to keep its unique taste.

* First rinse the rice and soak in cold water for 25-30 minutes. * The exact ratio is 1 part rice to 3 parts water. * Add rice to boiling water (salt to taste). * Cook the rice for 8-10 minutes, then completely remove it from the stove and leave the rice to steam for another 5 minutes. * Fluff the rice with a fork and you can serve.
