Ingredients: Water, Ground Spices (24%) (Coriander (7%), Peppers (4%), Cardamom, Cumin, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Ginger), Vegetable Oil (18%), Salt, Corn Flour, Acids (Vinegar, Lemon), Tamarind, Mustard, Red Chilli (0.5%), Garlic.
Madras pasta is the basis for preparing spicy Indian curry. A mixture of 11 types of spices caught in oil for a deep, rich, authentic flavored spice paste.
The amount of 283g paste is enough for 8 servings.
