ITA-SAN Round grain rice suitable for preparing Sushi.
Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking. Put 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of cold salted water in the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Switch off the heat source and let it run for 10 minutes.
