Ingredients: Sugar 32%, Water 21,73%, Garlic 17%, Chilli 14%, Distilled vinegar, Thickener: Modified tapioca starch, Flavour enhancer: E261
A flavorful all-purpose Thai seasoning sauce. Ground chilli and garlic are blended into superb sweet chilli sauce which is the most appetizing for fried and grilled. Simply add a few drops to stir fry vegetables, marinade meats and seafood or add a few drops to enhance the flavour of noodle recipes.
