FORTUNE Chakki Atta is a wholemeal flour without additives and preservatives, made from high quality wheat grown in the best wheat fields in India and does not contain Maida (All Purpose Flour).

Atta is characterized by a high content of minerals, fatty acids and fiber. The grain contains fiber, vitamins B and E, minerals and trace elements (iron and manganese), proteins. Unlike white flour, which contains only the inner part of the grain, wholemeal flour is used as more useful. This flour is ideal for baking bread, making pancakes, pancakes and cakes, because it has a richer taste. When baking white flour at home, wholemeal flour can be added to improve the taste of the bread.

Atta flour is often used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine for baking Indian chapati, appetizers and some desserts such as Atte ka halwa (whole grain halva) or in Indian Rave Dosa.
