Weikfield Gluten Free Vanilla Custard Powder for preparation of a delicious pudding and various desserts with vanilla flavor.
Ingredients: Maize Starch, Iodised salt, Food Colors (Tartrazine, Allura Red AC, Azorubine), Artificial Vanilla Flavor
Pudding preparation:
* Mix 2 tablespoons (25gm) of custard powder with 3/4th cup of milk to form a paste.
* Add 4 tablespoon (50gm) of sugar (or to taste) to the 375ml of milk and boil.
* Add the paste slowly to boiling milk, stir continuously and cook for 2 min.
* Let it cool and enjoy as is or with fruits, cakes, jelly or ice cream
