Viha Food Vietnamese Flat Rice Noodles Pho Kho.
Ingredients: Rice flour 91.4%, Water, Salt 2%, Thickener.
Method of preparation:
Soak the noodles in cold water for 5 min. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, add the rice noodles and cook for 5-10 minutes. Drain them, let them drain and serve. We recommend mixing the noodles with oil or soy sauce before serving to prevent them from sticking.
