TRS Curried Patra Leaves. 

Ingredients: Tender Patra leaves, Gram flour, Sorghum flour, Jaggery (Natural Cane Sugar), Sugar, Cottonseed oil, Salt, Sesame seeds, Tamarind, Ginger, Green chilli, Red chilli powder, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Mixed spices, Citric acid.

Patra is Colocasia leaves stuffed with butter of chickpeas and flavored with aromatic spices and cane sugar Jaggery.

Colocasia is the plant from which obtain the edible tuber taro. Taro roots are starchy and similar in texture to cassava. The large leaves that grow from the taro plant are the leaves from what Patra is made. 

Patra is an amazing side dish with the meal.
