Ingredients: Mango Kesar, Sugar Syrup, Acidity Regulator

Kesar mango was created by crossing the Alpfonso variety with other mango varieties in India. This variety retains many of the characteristics of Alphonso. It has a similar strong aroma, bright orange color and creamy texture. The Kesar variety has a similar use as Alphonso. It is excellent for making sorbet, ice cream, homemade lemonade, cocktail or milkshake. You can easily prepare a traditional Indian mango lassi or curry drink from mango puree.

Confectioners use puree to make soufflés, macarons and many other desserts.
