Shana Lacha Paratha.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Wholewheat Flour (Wheat) 14%, Water, Margarine, Sugar, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).

Wholegrain Parathas are made using only the finest ingredients. Twirling the dough into circles before it is rolled out gives them their famed flaky and crisp textured layers.

Lacha Parathas is great for breakfast, it is the perfect addition to your favorite Indian curry or as a side dish to any meal instead of bread.

Do not defrost!

Heat the non-stick pan to a medium temperature (without oil and butter). Remove the Parathy from the packaging, place them in the pan and fry until golden for 3-5 minutes. Turn the paratha over every 30 seconds whilst applying gentle pressure to ensure even cooking.
