Shan Seekh Kebab. 

Ingredients: Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Muskmelon, Ginger, Allspice, Long Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Clove, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Roasted Chick Peas, Carom, Dried Papaya Powder, Acid: Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Humectant: Sodium Phosphate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide. 

Shah Seekh Kebab is a dish from Indian cuisine consisting of a mixture of minced meat (usually lamb), garlic and spices thinly wrapped around a skewer and grilled, usually in a tandoor.  

The authentic taste of Seekh Kebab can only be achieved by properly preparing the mixture of spices. Just 1 teaspoon of the Shan spice mix is enough for an excellent result.
