Sattva Ayurveda Jamun Karela Juice
Ingredients: Syzygium cumini, Momordica charantia, Sodium benzoate.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, consume within 45 days.
Sattva juice consists of Jamun (Malabar plum, Java plum, black plum) and Karela (Bitter gourd, Bitter Melon).
Bitter Melon known as Karela is a traditional Ayurvedic product used extensively due to its positive effect on blood sugar levels by supporting glucose metabolism. It also has a beneficial effect on cleansing the body.
Jamun supports the effects of Karela fruits and quickly lowers blood sugar levels. At the same time, it improves the taste of the juice, thanks to the sweet taste of its fruits.
The juice contains no added sugar.
How to consume: Mix 30 ml of juice with 200 ml of water. Add a little honey or salt to taste. Consume in the morning on an empty stomach.
