Rice noodles (Vermicelli) 5mm.

Ingredients: Rice Flour 90%, Water.

Rice noodles are made only from rice flour and water, they are very thin, shiny white, gluten, milk and soy free. They are easy to digest and are suitable instead of wheat noodles. They are ready in a few minutes and after cooking they retain their firm structure and shape. They are great for making Pho and Pad Thai, as a side dish or base for pasta salad, and can be paired with any vegetables, legumes, meat, fish and mushrooms. They go well with sauces or soups.

   Preparation method:

* Put the noodles in warm water for 5 minutes, then cook in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then stir the noodles in cold water. You can fry the noodles or add them directly to the soup.
