Oh Ricey Vietnamese Rice Noodles.
Traditional rice noodles for Pho soup. They are also used for frying with vegetables and meat. The noodles are made from rice flour and water, they do not contain gluten and are suitable for a gluten-free diet!
Preparation:
Soak the noodles in cold water for 15 minutes, boil in water for 4-5 minutes, strain in a colander and rinse with cold with water so they don't stick. Add the noodles to the Pho soup
