MTR Rice Idli Instant Mix.

Ingredients: Rice 60%, Black gram split, Interesterified vegetable fat (Palm oil), Salt, Acidity regulator: Malic acid, Raising agent: bicarbonate of soda. 

Idli or Idly is a type of savory rice cake, originating from South India, popular as a breakfast food in Southern India and in Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice.

MTR Rice Idli Ready Mix is a ready to cook premix that provides you with a simple and convenient way of preparing your favourite dish instantly. It's made from finest quality ingredients and hygienically packed to retain the freshness and flavour for the longer period of time.

  Cooking Directions.

* Add 1 cup MTR Mixture to 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sour curd to form batter. Keep aside for 5 min. 

* Steam batter in Idli cooker for 10 min.

* Serve hot.
