Lotus Rice for Sushi Premium Short Grain.
A special type of rice Sushi Rice, which is used mainly in Japanese cuisine to prepare various types of sushi. The rice grains have an oval shape, they are sticky after cooking and are well picked with chopsticks.
Preparation: Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking. Put 1 cup of rice and 2.5 cups of cold salted water in a pot. Bring to a boil, cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Switch off the heat source and let it run for 15 minutes.
