Haldiram's Ready to Eat mild spicy Indian curry Palak Paneer (Tofu).

Palak Tofu Paneer made with fresh chunk of Tofu simmered in spinach curry, flavored with mild spices.

Ingredients: Spinach, Tofu (Soya Bean, Water, Magnesium Chloride), Onion, Refined Sunflower Oil, Water, Tomatoes, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Salt and Spices (Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Cloves, Curry Leaves).

Serve best with chapati or rice.

Preparation:

   The pouch is Microwave Safe. Cut the pouch slightly from the top corner and place it upright in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 min. Open and serve. 

      Boil water in a pan. Immerse the sealed pouch in boiling water for 3-5 min. Open and serve hot. 

    Open the pouch and empty the contents into a pan. Heat for 3-5 min. while stirring occasionally.
