Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Soy paste (soybeans, wheat flour, salt, water, sugar, sodium glutamate, sodium benzoate), Salt, Wine vinegar, Modified corn starch, Garlic, caramel, Sesame oil, Star anise.
Hoi Sin sauce (Chinese BBQ sauce) has a slightly sweet taste, thick consistency and dark color. It is used to prepare fried meat dishes, to season fish, poultry and seafood dishes or as a dip to ready meals.
