Ingredients: Water, Konjac Flour, Acidity Regulator: Calcium Hydroxide.

Shirataki is a gluten-free low-calorie product that does not contain fats, sugars, carbohydrates, proteins or gluten. Shirataki consist of 97% water and flour dried konjac spices.

Shirataki are immersed in a liquid with a characteristic odor that disappears completely when rinsed with cold water and is not smelled at all in the food being prepared. Shirataki have no taste or smell. They take the aroma and aroma from sauces, soups or other food ingredients with which they are mixed.

Preparation method:
