Ingredients: rice oil, made by squeezing from the germ of a rice grain.

Refined rice oil is a very popular product in Japan and Thailand. It has a high content of natural antioxidants with nutritional value such as gamma-oryzanol, tocotrienols and tocopherols. Rice oil has a significant hypocholesterolic effect. This effect is attributed to ingredients such as Vitamin E (tocotrienols and tocopherols) and oryzanols. These ingredients are obtained from rice bran. Food oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids are known for their ability to lower total blood cholesterol while lowering beneficial HDL cholesterol, while rice oil has been found to increase HDL cholesterol while lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol in the human body. Rice oil has practically 0% trans fatty acids and retains a considerable amount of oryzanol, which causes the oil not to burn so quickly, which indicates its excellent oxidative and thermal stability.
