Aji-No-Moto (Chinese Salt, MSG, Monosodium Glutamate)
MSG is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, one of the most abundant naturally occurring non-essential amino acids, Salt is found in many protein-rich foods (cheese, mushrooms, soybeans, seaweed) and is used to enhance the taste and soften the food.
