Aachi Ready Mix for milk based vermicelli pudding Vermicelli Payasam (Kheer Mix, Semiya Payasam).
Ingredients: Sugar, Vermicelli, Milk solids, Cashew, Raisins and Green Cardamom. Allergens: See in bold.
Vermicelli Payasam is a traditional popular South Indian dessert made with vermicelli, milk, sugar, raisins and nuts.
Preparatiom: Add 180g of Aachi mix to 900 ml of hot milk. Boil in heavy bottom pan and cook in medium flame for 6-7 min. Serve hot or cold.
