Ingredients: Rice, Black lentil, Interesterified vegetable fat, Fenugreek, Salt, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Acidity regulator: Malic acid

Rice Dosa is a traditional South Indian fried crispy brown pancake. Usually in India, dosa is prepared for breakfast.

With Aachi ready to cook instant mix you will cook 24 crispy golden Rice Dosas (40 g of mix per 1 Dosa)

3 Easy Steps to Make:

* Mix 200g of Rava Dosa mix with 400ml of water and add 60g of sour curd to form butter. Keep aside for 5-10 min. 

* Grease a flat non-stick pan with oil and heat on medium flame. Pour batter in the center of the hot pan and spread outward circular motion to get a thin Dosa. Add 1 tsp oil around the batter and cook on the high flame until golden brown.

* Remove from pan once cooked and serve hot.
