Aachi  Instant Mix Rava Dosa.

Ingredients: Wheat semolina, Rice flour, Refined wheat flour, Salt, Compounded Asafoetida, Black pepper, Cumin, Ginger, Sodium bicarbonate.   Allergen info: see in bold. 

Rava Dosa is a traditional South Indian fried crispy brown pancake prepared from semolina batter. Usually in India, dosa is prepared for breakfast.

With Aachi ready to cook instant mix you will cook 33 crispy golden Rava Dosas (30 g of mix per 1 Dosa)

3 Easy Steps to Make:

* Mix 200g of Rava Dosa mix with 500ml of water.  Mix into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5-7 min. 

* Grease a flat non-stick pan with oil and heat on medium flame. Pour batter in the center of the hot pan and spread outward circular motion to get a thin Dosa. Add 1 tsp oil around the batter and cook on the high flame until golden brown.

* Remove from pan once cooked and serve hot.
