Swagat Sojové kostky ( Soya Chunks )500g

Swagat Soya Wadi (Soya Chunks).

Soy chunks are made from defatted or de-oiled soy flour. They have a rough texture when dry. The texture quickly changes to soft and spongy as soon as it is dipped in warm water or added to a sauce. They are known as "vegetarian meats" because their nutritional profile is comparable to some non-vegetarian foods. Soy chunks are also very versatile and can also be cooked to taste similar to non-vegetarian curry.

Soy is rich in polyunsaturated fats, proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. (100 grams of raw soy chunks contain 345 calories, 52 grams of protein, 0.5 grams of total fat, 33 grams of carbohydrates, and 13 grams of dietary fiber). They are also rich in calcium and iron without providing additional sugar or sodium. Soya chunks prevent the accumulation of excess fat around the organs, thereby contributing to weight loss. The pieces are rich in fiber, which allows food to pass slowly from the body and keep you feeling full for longer.
