Sattva Ayurveda Herbal Triphala Powder .

Ingredients: Terminalia chebula 33.33 %, Terminalia bellirica 33.33 %, Emblica officinalis 33.33 % - fruit powder.

Triphala has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years and is considered one of the best traditional detoxification remedies. Traditional Ayurvedic combination of 3 fruits - Amalaki, Bibhitaki a Haritaki, used for detoxification and general regeneration of the organism, cleans the digestive tract, especially the intestines, from accumulated residues.  It supports the absorption of nutrients and helps with flatulence. It also helps to stimulate metabolism and speed up fat burning, improves appetite, reduces over acidification of the body, has an anti-inflammatory or antibacterial effect or even prevents tooth decay.

Balances all three doshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.

Recommended use: 1-3 g per day. It can be taken with a meal as an addition to dishes, in combination with honey or a drink.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and kids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
