Cock Brand Curry paste for preparing traditional Massaman curry.

Ingredients: Dried red chilli, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Lemongrass, Cumin, Coriander, Galangal. The paste does not contain artificial colors and preservatives.

Massaman curry (Muslim curry) is a mild spicy and slightly sweet curry. Goes well with fish, rice and vegetables.

Preparation: *Mix 50g of curry paste with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat gently for 1 minute. *Add 600ml of coconut milk, mix well. Add about 250g of meat. *Cook until the meat is completely tender.

We recommend adding 4-5 spoons of tamarind paste and peanuts at the end. Serve with rice
