Aachi Black lentil based mix to prepare perfect breakfast Vada
Ingredients: Black lentil, Edible vegetable fat - Interesterified vegetable fat, Salt, Black pepper, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Acidity regulator: Malic acid
Cooking directions: * Take 180g of Aachi mix and add equal quantity of water in it. Mix into a smooth butter and keep aside for 8-10 min. * Add 1 finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies, small piece of ginger and curry leaves to the butter. Make Vada form from the dough, deep fry until they tum golden brown. * Serve hot with sambar or chutney
