Aachi Spice mix for the popular Indian Soup Rasam.
Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Salt, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Ginger. Allergen info: This product is packaged in a facility that also processes celery, sesame, gluten, mustard, peanuts, soya, milk and sulphites.
Rasam is a South Indian traditional soup made with tamarind, tomatoes, warming spices and aromatic herbs.
Preparation:
* Make 1litre of tamarind juice. * Fry mustard, chillies and curry leaves in edible oil. *Add tamaring juce, 2 tbsp of Aachi Rasam Powder, salt to taste and boil for 10 minutes. * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Tasty Rasam is ready to serve.
