Aachi Instant Mix Rava Dosa.
Ingredients: Ragi (Finger millet) flour, Rice flour, Semolina (Wheat), Corn flour, Urid dal flour, Edible intersterified vegetable fat, Green chilli, Ginger, Compounded Asafoetida, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Fenugreek powder, Acidity regulator: Malic acid. Allergen info: see in bold.
Ragi Dosa is a traditional South Indian fried crispy brown pancake prepared from finger millet batter. Usually in India, dosa is prepared for breakfast.
With Aachi ready to cook instant mix you will cook 15-16 crispy golden Ragi Dosas (30 g of mix per 1 Dosa)
3 Easy Steps to Make:
* Mix 1 cup of Ragi Dosa mix with 1 cup (200ml) of water. Mix into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5-7 min.
* Grease a flat non-stick pan with oil and heat on medium flame. Pour batter in the center of the hot pan and spread outward circular motion to get a thin Dosa. Add 1 tsp oil around the batter and cook on the high flame until golden brown.
* Remove from pan once cooked and serve hot.
